RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase for any reason, please return it within seven (7) business days from date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returns are subject to the following restrictions:

• A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned item.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unaltered in any way.
• The tags attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the tags are removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Items that have been damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
• Special orders are not returnable (special length bracelets, non-standard ring sizes, etc.). If there was an error made on Jewelry by Christina part, Jewelry by Christina will happily exchange your order.

Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact Jewelry by Christina via email as soon as you receive the item to confirm acceptance.
2. Send your item(s) with tags attached, original packaging materials and a copy of the original invoice to Christina Glidden, 6710 Hickory Manor Circle, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Return item(s) should be sent with delivery confirmation mail; please retain the tracking number for your records. Jewelry by Christina is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
*Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend using the original shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. ACCORDINGLY, I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. FURTHER, THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR, FOR SECURITY REASONS; YOUR RETURN MAY BE REFUSED. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for the full value of the product.
3. Refunds are issued within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt at Jewelry by Christina.

Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping rates are $5.00 (USPS Priority mail) for any purchases made within United States.
Expedited or overnight orders are $30.00 (USPS Express mail).

International Shipping
Standard shipping rates are $15.00 (USPS Priority International mail) for any international purchases.
Expedited or overnight orders are $40.00 (USPS Express International mail).
